On February 25 at 6pm, VetRep is proud to hold a public reading of the new dark comedy/historical/docudrama play War Wound by Philip Korth, in advance of possible future production. Set in Kuwait and Iraq during the early months of 2003, War Wound follows a group of US Marines through the build-up to invasion and into the first tenuous days of a long, uncertain conflict.
We’re proud to hold this event at American Legion Post 633 in Highland Falls, NY which is our sponsor for the reading.
Don’t miss February’s Write Loud performance on our Instagram page. We’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day, as well as marking the one year anniversary of Write Loud, which has given us the opportunity to hear from poets, artists, and even a couple playwrights across time zones. Make sure you’re following us here, and tune in on Feb. 14th at 9pm EST
Catch our interview with Playwright Arianna Rose on the Savage Wonder Podcast this week.
