while you're still able and willing
Fall in love and fight the world
live before you go make a living

Go do some young man things
that'll make stories for the books
Sometimes we pave new roads
ignoring maps more than we should

Go do some young man things
that only some of us will do
Give the world no peace 'til you have yours
and try your best to not let it kill you

Go do some young man things
even when you're old and grey
On the contrary, it's all just a number
But the use of those years holds weight
