I disappeared deep into the embrace of hidden foothills, welcomed by evergreens and tall trees and tall grass that brushed past.
Beautiful birds sang their sweet song, and nodded in agreement with my departure, guiding me to a new solitude.
Behind me, far behind me, a grey and hazy past disappeared in the fast open plains.
Charring with black smoke turning day into night.
Gently and quietly I've disappeared into the silence of the forest.
At last, I have found peace.
