I come out here to escape
To forget
To leave whatever is bothering me
At the starting point
To have a couple hours of peace.
I come here to get away
To remember how small I am
In this ever-growing world
To look forward for a moment
Since I am usually looking back.
I come here for the silence
The separation
And to remind myself
Life isn't all bad.
