I can feel the waves crash down on me
As I hear the bellows of the war horns.
They carry me down to deep and dark
of every man’s mind.
For this regular life doesn’t even cause
my heart to skip a beat,
A man needs to earn his right to eat,
and struggle to keep his seat.
To be carried on my shield, funeral pyre’s
built high as a warning to the gods
of my arrival.
